seraglia searched all over the world to find the right elements to create this unique parure:

* vintage glass 'tortoiseshell' beads
* Indian baroque amber beads
* vintage faceted amber and black fire polished beads
* 1950's vintage "Warner" brooch from the USA
* Fine European filigree castings

The centre was made from a broken brooch hand-wired onto the filigree setting to create a sparkling three dimensional focal point.

The brooch was missing its pin, the pin fitting was broken, and the whole brooch was starting to bend across the middle. This necklace was a great way of reusing the brooch, and protecting it form further damage.
