Feelgood Fashion: A celebration of ethical entrepreneurship and cutting-edge design
Panel discussion, plus free fashion show and networking reception

British Library Conference Centre

Wednesday 17 September 2008

£10.00 (concessions £7.50)

Today, with the global fashion industry facing questions about its social and environmental impact, a new generation of British fashion entrepreneurs and designers is breaking new ground by marrying cutting-edge design with ethical objectives.

As part of London Design Festival the British Library is bringing together a panel of pioneering design and fashion entrepreneurs to talk about the new age of 'eco-fashion', their own entrepreneurial careers and achievements, and building the next generation of sustainable brands.

Take the opportunity to learn from the panel's experience and put your questions to our entrepreneurs. A networking reception and fashion show will follow.

Your eco-fashion pioneers:

Jen Ruppert is founder of eco-fashion company REVAMP fashion.
Ed Gillespie is creative director of communications agency Futerra.

Safia Minney is founder of Fair Trade and environmental fashion label People Tree.
