Clothes swapping parties will hit our TV screens this autumn on BBC Two and online.

Twiggy's Frock Exchange is a three part series in which 100 women take part in a giant clothes swapping party and receive a style makeover without spending a single penny.

Lucy from wellreuse took part this week -

"The show was very well organized and a great introduction for new swappers. Seasoned swappers and customizers like myself enjoyed the great clothing that the stylists has selected from our wardrobes, and helping other to style and choose their new items."

"It was also a pleasure to see fashion icons such as the host Twiggy, a top presenter, a leading fashion editor and the guest star get behind the swapping in such an informative and interesting way."

"The customizing team were swamped with requests and by the end of the day new outfits and looks were all around us."

On the BBC website Thread there will be downloadable tips on how to hold your own clothes swapping party and request a pack with all the essentials.

They'll also be featuring videos with step by step instructions on how to re-style and customise clothes.
