Call for entries for the first dedicated ethical fashion awards

The RE:Fashion Awards will take place on the 13th November 2008, celebrating people and organisations who have taken great strides in tackling poverty, healing the environment and changing consumer attitudes towards ethical fashion.

There are 11 RE:Fashion Awards in three categories:

DESIGNERS AWARDS
Awards include: RE:Fashion Designer of the Year, New RE:Designer of the Year

MAKING A DIFFERENCE AWARDS
Awards include: RE:Manufacture Award, RE:Retailer of the Year, RE:Consumers Award, RE:Africa Award, RE:Cotton Award

INNOVATION AWARDS
Awards include: RE:Business Award, RE:People Award, RE:Environment Award, RE:Use Award

The Esthethica prize will also be awarded to a small selection of shortlisted designers, giving them the opportunity to exhibit their collections during London Fashion Week for two seasons.
